Parking and drop-off
We have our own on-site parking lot. Parents and authorized pickup persons park and walk children into the building, so there is no curbside drop-off. Check-in and check-out are done in the Procare app.
Pickup authorization
Children are released only to a parent or legal guardian, or to someone authorized in writing and recorded in the child's Procare profile. Changes must be made through Procare or directly with the administrative office. Verbal or telephone-only authorization is not accepted. Government-issued photo identification is required when the pickup person is unfamiliar to our staff. An authorized pickup person other than a parent or someone with legal custodial authority must generally be at least 18.
How we communicate
We use the Procare Parent App for daily routine updates, classroom photos, announcements, and messages, as well as electronic check-in and check-out. For anything urgent or time-sensitive, please call the school directly rather than sending an app message or email.

Weather and emergencies
We may close, delay opening, dismiss early, or modify services when conditions affect safe operation. We consider evacuation orders, loss of essential utilities, weather-related Brevard Public Schools closures, facility conditions, staffing, access, and local travel conditions. Families are notified through our school communication channels.
